For warranty or repair all products that need to be repaired or replace need a #RA NUMBER for Return. Give Big Rig Stereo a call at 1-866-424-0575 M-F 9-5pm for your #RA Number.
This number has to be present on the exterior of the return merchandize. Items that do not show this number will be refused by our Receiving Dept.
